The one thing I immediately noticed about working with Matt and his team was the transparency aspect of their approach to managing rentals. Many people like me who are not professional real estate investors don't always know the tricks (shortcuts?) used by management companies. The service of my three rental homes by All County Metroplex not only involved taking care of the many headaches of managing your own properties but also included an educational aspect to it as well. I never leave reviews however, Mr. Albright did not have the courtesy to contact me after several attempts. Mr. Albright came to see my property and have not heard any response after 3 weeks! My entire schedule has to be modified due to waiting for a reply. Unfortunately this company will lose due to my extense contact list! DO NOT contact this company warning to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing with no additional fees. All of our fees are listed in the pricing section of our website - There are no cancellation fees, startup fees, maintenance fees or any other unlisted fees.
The best part? We don't get paid until you do! You will never be charged from us until we collect the first months rent from a tenant we place.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: You tell me about the property you own so we can put together a management agreement
Step 2: We will discuss the requirements you would like for a tenant. Pets allowed? etc.
Step 3: We market the property, screen an ideal tenant, get a signed lease, collect the deposit and first months rent, manage requests from the tenant, take any phone calls, and update you exactly as much as you want to be updated.
Step 4: You receive your owners disbursement every month on the 15th with a statement showing your investment properties performance.

Our business is fully licensed as a real estate brokerage, we are members of NARPM, NAR, TAR, and many local organizations.
