Not complicated... We try to price things a bit lower if we do things on our first trip. But we are always very competitive in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To find out what the client really needs/wants. Then to see if we're even a good fit for their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most do not know, but even in Roofing there are numerous new products and technologies that come out or evolve. We love learning about them and strive to stay on top of product developments and their technologies.
