- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are reasonable. unlike other companies I try my best to give you a free no obligation estimate, as much as is reasonably possible because everything is underground.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
give them as much as I can a full knowledge of the problem to the level that can understand since they're not in the business. Although some people would rather that you just fix the problem and avoid all the minutiae of information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a university level education. I went to the University of Texas at Rio Grande. took classes with a company that has since been bought out, took classes with them back in the 80s.
