Big Star Pool Care has been servicing our pool for the last 3 months and the experience is refreshing! I have been overly impressed with their attention to detail and the thorough cleaning of our pool. The walls are shinier and the pool overall is sparkling! Both the technician and the lady in the office are very very nice people to work with and clearly, customer service is their top priority! Highly recommended!

I LOVED Roberto, he completely transformed my pool in the house we just bought. It was swampy green and leafy but now itโs crystal clear and Swimmable!!!! I also appreciated communication from Stella! I even am hiring them for our monthly and weekly cleanings!

I have just started with them.... I have a small beautiful pool that I am crazy about keeping clear and clean.... SO FAR SO GOOD!! Roberto is taking care of the chemicals and hopefully we will get them back in line where they should be.... :) Stella is AMAZINGLY RESPONSIVE!! GREAT TEAMWORK!!
