Big Star pools came in and saved the day. I was a longtime customer for another pool company overpaying for bad service. I was dealing with green water and algae and excuses of why they couldn't balance the chemicals in our pool. Big Star came in and immediately took care of our pool and restored it to crystal blue water. I'm impressed with their follow through and responsiveness. I hope to be a long-term customer.

We used big star pool care for about a year and only stopped because we moved houses out of their service area. Our pool was always incredibly clean and well taken care of. The professional was able to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone needing pool care and cleaning.
