We used big star pool care for about a year and only stopped because we moved houses out of their service area. Our pool was always incredibly clean and well taken care of. The professional was able to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone needing pool care and cleaning.

I was skeptical to try another pool service, as it had taken me 4 tries and 6-1/2 years to find a really good tech. I was lucky enough to have him for a few months, before he retired. I really didnât want to research another company. Then the one that was recommended, left my pool dirty 2 weeks in a row. So I took a chance on Big Star. Iâm so glad I did. We just completed the first month and so far so good đ¤đź Theyâre a little more expensive than my best tech, but its worth it to have the peace of mind, not to have to worry about keeping the pool up! Victor comes first thing every Monday morning and really does clean the pool. He vacuums, scrubs the walls, skims, adds water as necessary and balances the chemicals. Hoping this continues and weâre set for years to come!
