- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complimentary consultation that leads to the following process once it's been established we're a good fit for one another. 1. Discovery - I'll learn about your goals, company, audience, industry, strengths, weaknesses, as well as your competition. This assessment provides an effective framework to develop strategies that address your marketing and design problems. 2. Research and Strategy - Based on your feedback I'll do more research with regard to your company, customers, competitors, and industry. From this effort, a definitive strategy is developed to ensure optimal execution of design deliverables and marketing campaigns. 3. Design and Development - Guided by a clear and meaningful strategy, your concepts/campaign is created taking into consideration various approaches to achieve your business goals. 4. Presentation - Design concepts and campaign ideas are presented and is open for collaboration. At this stage it's encouraged you don't hold back on your feedback or criticism of ideas presented. End the end, the results have to benefit your company 100%, and it's imperative that you're very satisfied with the solutions provided. 5. Launch - Once you've signed off on the final concepts and deliverables, the solution is implemented and sent to market. The goal is for you to receive all the bragging rights for a job well done, and a plan well executed. You'll receive ongoing support, tools, and resources to further help your business to achieve the success it deserves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, Texas A&M University. Extensive experience in email marketing, CRM systems, and B2C sales in the Wireless Phone and Automotive industry. Founder of Everyday A Logo and well versed with logo design, web design, and online marketing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since college, I've had a passion to help people to achieve more with their design and marketing. I've been more involved in a B2C sales environment for most of my career. I'm now focused on expanding into the B2B market, helping consultants and business owners build marketing systems that helps their business to consistently acquire more customers, adapt to market changes, and generate revenue growth.
