Sandi is an excellent Yoga teacher for all levels. I have been practicing Yoga for over 8 years now and it is the first time I see a teacher so dedicated and knowledgeable, she has an unique understanding of the body. She helped me correct and restore postures I have been wrongly doing for these past years. I took several private therapeutic and regular studio classes with her and they are 100% recommendable whether you are new to yoga or and experience Yogi.

I had 3 private lessons before surgery to focus on breathing. I realized it could be a real help to my recovery. Sandi was great, she made a difference in my awareness and how I breathe. Surgery was a complete sucess!!

Sandi has a wonderful approach and makes everyone very comfortable during her practice. She is very good at understanding people's conditions and how to work with them. I enjoy not only her classes but would really recommend private sessions. She really takes to the time to focus on your needs and is very compassionate. Go see Sandi! you wont be disappointed :)

Several years ago, I broke my femur and since then I have had issues with my legs. I have recently developed arthritis due to my leg trauma and weight gain. I decided to start yoga due to the limitations of my legs and it was an excellent decision I have made. Sandi is amazing and has catered my lessons to take into consideration my bad leg. My first experience with yoga has been great. I now feel like I can combat my weight gain and gain strength back in my legs by doing yoga because I cannot do typical high impact cardio exercise. I have gained a new appreciate for yoga and encourage all to look into yoga.
