I scheduled an appointment to have a broken washing machine looked at. Aydin called to say he could come earlier and was right on time. He diagnosed the issues (there was more than one) and gave an honest estimate of the cost and the timeframe due to having to wait for a part coming from out of state. In the end, decided to just buy a new washer but if I ever have a problem with an appliance I will be calling Aiyden! Not only is he a very nice man, he is very experienced in many appliances. We happened to have a broken ice maker on the refrigerator and while he was on site, he told us what the problem was. Definitely call him when you need an appliance looked at!
