- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing simple and straightforward. However, we are always running specials and offering discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I get to have 12 hours of continuing education every year between my electrical and air conditioning licenses. This is the minimum requirements by the state. However, we regularly attend additional classes and seminars so we can provide our customers the best possible service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed helping people and working with my hands. I tried customer service phone jobs but I have a hard time sitting at a desk. I have found that the face to face interaction is more rewarding for me.
