Fantastic experience. Had a severely clogged toilet that I had tried to self repair (plunger,auger, liquid) to no avail. Sent Blue Collar a request and Ashton called in about a minute. He said he could come by in about two hours. I said great. He stayed in touch and arrived as promised. Did the repair, then asked if there was anything else he wanted me to look at. Quoted a fair price. I found me a plumber!

Ashton was great and very honest with everything. I am very happy with hiring him for my outdoor faucet repair. We were also able to fit in a water heater flush in the last 20 min of my service under the same cost since it was within the 1hr fee. So glad he mentioned that…a lot of service guys would have just left and moved on to the next job. Will be hiring him again!

Ashton did an awesome job in finding where a reported leak was and then fixing it. Very structured and keeps you informed along the process. He also advises you if certain repairs are urgent or not. He was responsive to my texts and very friendly.

Ashton was prompt in responding and was reliable and punctual in addressing my concerns. Although I did not get to use his services (yet) he referred me to someone who could help me with addressing other urgent issues first. He was friendly, professional and seemed trustworthy. I definitely will be using his services when repairs for plumbing are needed in the future!

Ashton did an amazing job with plumbing. He came within 30 mins and helped us out with bathtub faucet that broke. He not only fixed it, he replaced the broken parts and also cleaned the whole drain. Plus, he taught us how to shut down the main line of water that can be useful if in case we need. He explained is everything and within 30 mins our problem got fixed. Thank you Ashton.
