Most garage door repair men are sales men. We are technicians. We do not leave unless your door is quiet and better than new. I have been out on plenty of service calls and found earlier repair men never repaired the door at all but charged exorbitant prices just to get paid. When the customer tried to call the "company" back there was no answer. Don't rely on what you hear only. Make them show you.
The feeling of leaving a customers home and their garage door and opener is better than new always makes me happy.

Had Michael fix my garage door, 5 minutes after he left the door spring broke, I called him back right away and he told me it would cost me $350 to fix it right the second time. What a horrible experience this was for me, I'm disabled and I felt like I was ripped off and taken advantage of, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Spoke with this customer before doing the original repair and informed him that he had a worn out spring and that it was going to break soon. Customer opted to take the chance on it breaking later and to pay all fees again if it broke. I am always up front with my customers if I see something that is a red flag and will cost more later they will know before I start work on there door or opener.
