- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Price based off of the job as while as how many people may need to be at the Job I put my works pay first as while as the job it’s self. Supplies, gas and mileage are all apart of price. If it’s just me on the Job that one thing but when you need a crew the price will be more to pay them to. It all depends on the job it’s self as while.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions! Is there a time limit? Is this your property that you live or rent out. It is nice to know this before coming so I have the staff to back up the clean. Details helps so much what are you expecting from the clean. Ect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a manager in every job iv had in the past and cleaning was always involved. That and working at a hotel for 2 years really helped mad while.
