- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is scope-based and transparent. We price work by defined access needs such as linear feet of tunneling, number of access pits, or pier access points. There are no hidden fees. Work outside the original scope is discussed and approved before proceeding. We don’t simply discount by cutting corners; clarity and safety come first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by collecting details through our intake form so scope and access are clearly defined. Once reviewed, we confirm direction, schedule the work, and execute with a focus on safety and documentation. We provide clean handoffs to any appropriate trades and document conditions before, during, and after work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in excavation, tunneling, and construction coordination. We work closely with licensed plumbers, foundation companies, engineers, and GCs, and our field leadership includes licensed trade professionals. Our training emphasizes safety, structural awareness, and proper documentation.
