- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard prices are: 1/4 trailer= $199 1/2 trailer= $299 3/4 trailer= $399 full trailer= $499 I also have a 1 item pickup price of $99, but that can be negotiated if I am in the area already. All prices include taxes, labor and disposal costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to identify what they need to have hauled away, and if they would like to donate any items. I like to show respect for their time and property, that's why I always show up on time and am careful not to damage any of their property.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Customers who need full clean outs to customers who just need 1 piece removed.
