I got a great affordable rate, and the cleaning teams were really friendly. They also cleaned very well! I've gone through a bunch of house cleaners because I'm VERY particular about how my house is cleaned and to my surprise I didnt have to go behind them and clean spots they missed, like I have done with other cleaners on thumbtack.
I now use them as recurring cleaners every other Saturday!

You were scheduled to be at my home at 10:00 am. I was in the hospital so my daughter was going to be there for me. She got there at 10:05 am and stayed for an hour. I received no call or message. I was coming home from hospital two days later and wanted to come home to a clean house. I was so disappointed to say the least. I would be willing to give it a second chance tho.

hello Christine, I'm so very sorry about the inconvenience! I was in a very serious car accident and have just recently been released from the hospital. that is why there was no communication which is still no excuse I should have had someone contact you and I'm very very sorry for that. if you are willing to give Raggedy Ann's another chance we will go above and beyond expectations!

I was hoping to start a good ongoing relationship with Raggedy Ann's cleaning service. I was scheduled to have my house cleaned this morning at 9:30. The appointment had been confirmed. No one has showed up and no contact has been made. I had scheduled the time to be here and meet with them. Very disappointed.
