I've been taking Tyler's Insanity classes twice a week for a few months and have had amazing results. I've had family, friends and even mulitple trainers ask me what I've been doing to get so toned and lean! I've been running and doing yoga consistantly for about 6 months, and as much as I enjoy my routine, I was beginning to hit a plateua and getting bored. One of my friends told me about Tyler's Insanity classes and I've been hooked ever since. The classes are the perfect mix of high intensity, constantly changing workouts with a PROFESSIONAL and encouraging trainer coaching you thru the hour! I can't say enough good things about Tyler, his classes and my results! Thank you Tyler!

My parents recently moved to the Rockwall/Heath area and I came home from college for the summer. I needed to get back into shape and joining the gym and taking insanity classes from Tyler definitely did the trick. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging, yet he pushed me to do better than my best. Taking classes with Tyler and having personal training sessions with him got me back into shape because he not only pushed me, but he also taught me how to properly do the exercises so that I could do them on my own. He is an outstanding trainer and I would personally recommend him to anybody because he will listen to your needs/wants regarding your health and address that throughout the workout.

The Insanity workouts I do with Tyler arena huge part of my fitness routine - I train 5 days per week and lift hard but never have achieved the level of fitness I have from taking his classes - decreaesed BF% - increase in muscle and back to playing rugby like I was 30......and I'm 42 - thanks Tyler!

Tyler Kinsey has helped me kick start my cardio goals through teaching Insanity. He's so motivating because he's always smiling and passionate about what he does--helping others get stronger, leaner, and healthier. He's inspired me to seek new challenges to make my body not stall in the same ole routine. Thanks Tyler for always pushing me to be stronger and making it a lot of fun along the way!

I have done Insanity with Tyler & he also trains me. He is amazing @ what he does! He is very knowledgeable with what will help you with the goals you are trying to achieve. He is a great motivator when you need that last little push (not in a mean drill sergeant way). Training with Tyler makes you enjoy working out & his group classes are fun!
