- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced offering gorgeous photo/video at a rate of $150/hr (per crew member). There is a minimum requirement of one hour per scheduled production, with an additional hour required for processing, editing, storing, and delivering the content in usable file format of preference. Commute fee is determined at a rate of $3.50/mile (outside of 20 mile round trip from zip code 75087. Because we're all about competitive pricing and undeniable value you will also get a 15% bundle discount for hiring us for both photo and video services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll hop on a call for a 10-20 min introductory consultation. On this call we'll discuss the details of your special moment or upcoming event, your goals, expectations, timelines, budgets etc. Once we've mapped details we'll confirm and send the discussed quote tailored to meet all needs and will deliver within 24 hours to secure deposit (half) with remaining amount due at delivery.

Our lead talent Bronson has earned his B.A. in Film and Media from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX and has over 11 years worth of experience behind the camera as a photographer, cinematographer, writer, editor, and producer!
