- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate for pool service all year round, so when chemical usage surges during the summer, your price does not!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically conduct a free consultation to generate a quote based on the pool size and estimated chemical usage. Once payment is received we get to work on ensuring chemical balance and debris removal is accomplished with picture and video documentation through the entire process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee at Crystal Waves is required to hold an up to date CPO certification for the state of Texas. We believe only licensed and trained professionals should be able to ensure aquatic safety for our clients
