- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a industry standard pricing, for tv mounting, it goes by the size of tv's, hiding cables, inside the walls of your home, or business. But as we all know not every job is same. Tv mounting starts at $60, and goes up from there, also electrical bridges, are an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating, via email, or phone, letting the customer,describe the project. Then giving suggestions,options, etc. You can send pictures, all the while,so we are on the same page, and you are clear on what is entailed for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction background, so I know how your project is constructed. Also Ive been in the av-tv business for twenty years, from custom homes, to commercial entertainment centers.
