This was our second time using Thumbtack for a service and I have to say that we love it! We hired Bill and his company SunSmart Windows and Doors to install 7 windows on my inlaw's house and one window replacement for our house. Everything was awesome. From the very professional appointment presentation, the ability to measure and quote us a price on site and the way Bill treated my family and my inlaws. We couldn't be happier. He presented us with a wide variety of windows and we found the right ones for our home and our budget. He really cared about what we wanted and felt we needed and didn't try to force more expensive brands and types on us. The windows are beautiful. Way better that the windows we had installed back in 2013 through another company. Really affordable also. I really appreciated the installers from the window company also. They were highly professional and super courteous. Andy and Roland are true assets. My inlaws are elderly and they couldn't state how happy they were with the installers. The installers were first class in their manners and work. SunSmart Windows and Doors will not disappoint you. Bill is honest and will find the right windows for you according to your budget. He's not trying to sell you just one window type, he has lots of different companies and types to show and I guarantee you will find what you're looking for at your price set.

We had an excellent experience with SunSmart windows. Our salesperson Camilla showed us how the windows have great insulation, and answered all our questions, making the ordering process easy. Our installers (one was named Karl but I unfortunately didn’t get both names) were quick and made sure we were happy with the install. Every person on the team was very professional and worked very hard to make sure everything was right. Thank you for our lovely new windows!

This was a very easy process and the staff were very professional. The installation was done over 3 days for 27 windows. The installers did an excellent job of covering all our furniture with protective sheets and clearly they knew what they were doing. Kudos to the installer Carlos. The old windows were removed from our home as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to save energy and have nicer looking windows to call SunSmart.

Workers were very nice and work very quickly and they were very neat after work was completed .
Clean up so fast
The workers were prompt in their arrival time which was 9 am and work completed by 3 pm.
They went over the how to operate the windows as far as closing windows and opening them and all the new benefits that I needed to know. The new windows do not require any muscle as faropening and shutting Them
I’ve notice quite a adifference on the energy
Savings and my house is not drafty like it was before.
I was never able to open my old window and it will nice to be able to open them come spring and fall . Love my new windows
It just uplifted the view from the outside looking in and will increase the value of my home .
