- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very straight forward. I charge by the number of rooms being cleaned or the number of pieces of furniture. Bigger jobs get a little discount. I can usually give a very accurate estimate over the phone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
About 95% of my work is cleaning carpet and upholstery in single family residences and apartments. I do some commercial cleaning as well for dental offices, law offices and retail stores. I also do carpet stretching and minor repairs. Most of my customers are repeat business or referrals.
