I got my old water softener replaced. Collin was very helpful in providing a detailed estimate and also in getting the new water softener installed. The work quality was excellent and he finished the entire installation on time. I would highly recommend him.

I couldn’t be happier with this service and product I received from Colin and Angel. I called the representative and requested an estimate. He stated that he could have someone over within the hour. I didn’t think they would be that quick. They beat me to the house and waited patiently for me. Once we were inside. I led them to my attic where Colin and Angel gave me a quote on the spot and even offered a small discount I agreed to the amount they started work right away. I appreciate the fact that from start to finish they were shoe covers in my house because I don’t wear shoes in my house, but they didn’t know that. Additionally, they were kind and respectful of my property left no damage and cleaned up behind themselves. Should I need any more assistance I will reach back out to this wonderful company and its technicians. I will also . Very prompt and quick.One of my faucet had leakage and they took care of it and even checked the water pressure to ensure their is no potential leakage.

I must say, I was a little leary about using a vendor thats name starts out 1-800. I was pleasantly surprised. Robert arrived exactly on time, he was courteous, and helped us through a somewhat confusing plumbing issue. When the obvious issue was rectified, the blockage was still there, somewhere. He swapped out a supply line and found where the problem was, with no way to fix it. Robert didnt give up and then a small pice of plastic rolled out of the unchangable supply line. He reconnected the lines and we now have water pressure back on both the hot and cold side. I realize this probably took longer than the estimate allowed, but there was no ask for an upcharge. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
