Robert from 1-800-Plumber +Air was great to work with. The company sent his photo and info ahead of time, which I appreciated, and he showed up on schedule.
He was down to earth, clearly experienced, and took the time to actually understand what was going on instead of jumping to worst-case scenarios. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained it in plain language, and got everything fixed the same day.

I couldn’t be happier with this service and product I received from Colin and Angel. I called the representative and requested an estimate. He stated that he could have someone over within the hour. I didn’t think they would be that quick. They beat me to the house and waited patiently for me. Once we were inside. I led them to my attic where Colin and Angel gave me a quote on the spot and even offered a small discount I agreed to the amount they started work right away. I appreciate the fact that from start to finish they were shoe covers in my house because I don’t wear shoes in my house, but they didn’t know that. Additionally, they were kind and respectful of my property left no damage and cleaned up behind themselves. Should I need any more assistance I will reach back out to this wonderful company and its technicians. I will also . We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
