I had an excellent experience hiring Dwight with Monarch. I called him one afternoon and he was here the next day. Dwight is punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, wore a mask and truly was a pleasure to work with. He really went the extra mile!!! I am completely satisfied with the repairs. He clearly explained what was wrong with both my washer and my dryer, as well as what options my options were. Although I was hoping it would cost a bit less, I absolutely feel that I got the very best value for my money and am still absolutely delighted to have my appliances back in action several weeks later. I will most definitely recommend Dwight/Monarch to friends, family, neighbors and strangers in the supermarket whenever anyone I know of needs an appliance repaired or their HVAC repaired/updated. Highly recommend. ☺️💯👏

We kept getting specs of black / brown grit on all our dishes. We had tried everything and nothing worked. He was here and found the problem within 20mins. He had to order a part, so he scheduled to come out again in two days. Dishwasher is fixed and he was great! Great communication and expert knowledge of appliances. Would definitely re-hire. ******** Update (1/4/22) We were still getting specs on our glass, so Dwight agreed to come back (free of charge). He said that the part he replaced had moved, so he reset the piece and told us to let him know if it still wasn't working. We have attempted to run the dishwasher multiple times now and have determined there is no water dispensing into it. I contacted Dwight several times in hopes of getting our dishwasher fixed. I contacted him on 12/20, it is 1/5. I know there were some health issues, but I would have really appreciated at least a text or email with an update. We have had to hire another company to have a working dishwasher again.

Just a great experience. He communicated and showed up when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a fair quote on our range repair. We also asked him to take a look at our ice maker, but it was such a simple fix he showed us how to do it ourselves, rather than charging us. We really appreciated that. I will be telling all my friends. So happy with Monarch Envoy.

Went above and beyond being just a simple repair guy: he even picked up and installed a new dishwasher plus hauled away the old one, all done about 2 weeks earlier than the store could have obliged for the same service.
