- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job needed. I like to see what work is needed before I give a price. There could be other things involved that the customer is not aware of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer wants and then provide options that my years of experience has taught me. Find out what their budget is and give them the most for their dollars.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a carpenter for over 40 years. I have a Journeyman's degree in construction. I spent 4 years as an apprentice and 4 years in a trade school. I have built over 10,000 homes, been a superintendent for large multi family projects, run construction crews just to name a few.
