Chuck and Jesus were amazing! I was looking to surprise my wife with new carpet and they not only did it in record time, they put everything back in the perfect location when done. We hired CarpetNow to installcarpet we had already purchased. The carpet was in several large pieces and they had to figure out how to piece it together for our master bedroom suite. Their lead, Leonel, did a great job of figuring it out, and their crew did a great job of installing it. They were friendly and efficient and also moved furniture. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Prices include the following:
1. Demolition of existing carpet
2. Free Furniture moving
3. New padding
4. New Carpet
5. Free Installation (as fast as 2 days from time of order) .
6. Tax
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We come to your home and bring samples. During this time we will also measure the home and tell you the square footage and give you a quote on the spot.
Step 2: Once a carpet is chosen, we can select an installation date within 1-5 business days (or further out if customer is not ready).
Step 3: We will install all of the carpet in one day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our estimators and sales managers have been in the carpet industry for years. We are always keeping up with the latest trends and technology within our industry to be one step ahead of our competition.
