- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most estimates are fixed, or fairly accurate. Final pricing ultimately depends on scope and duration of work performed, as well as the results of initial walk-through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer expresses their needs. Myself or a representative will visit the location and conduct a walkthrough. Sometimes, an estimate could be given on the spot. but to be as accurate and thorough as possible, it may take 24-48hrs or less, depending on the scope of work.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There was an oven cleaning job that was more than I bargained for. I lost money, but I learned a lesson. I'm grateful for the experience. The customer was more than pleased with the work ☺️.
