The team did a great job cleaning a grimy tile floor. They did so well, we asked them to do some additional cleaning while they were there (window sills, baseboards, mopping, etc). They also scheduled it for the day after our post, which was great. I'll definitely use them again and I highly recommend their service!

Earl and Julie are amazing. They did a fantastic job with window cleaning and power washing on very short notice. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to all others.

Delaware worked on several jobs for us to include: Washer Dryer Hook up and installation. Rerouted Ceiling fan wiring and installed new fans. Moved electrical outlets and installed new ones. Replaced bathtub piping and fixtures. Installed new bathroom sink and removed old sink. He was always very detail oriented and reliable. He does great work and has great rates.

This is my first experience with Don Walker. He arrived on time to wash my windows, inside and out, plus screens. I have 23 windows and am very picky. Don did an excellent job, making sure I was satisfied. The windows are so clean, they look invisible. Besides doing an outstanding job, he was friendly, personable, professional. Previously I had a great window washer but he relocated. I tried two others but not really satisfied. Don Walker is now my window washer of choice. I plan on having him wash my windows, outside, quarterly and will treat my house to inside/outside on occasion. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Watson Commercial Services did an amazing job with the flooring and window cleaning at our taekwondo school. They accommodated our urgent request to have someone available the next day and made sure we were very satisfied before finishing the job. I couldn't have asked for a better company to service us and I look forward to working with them again in the near future!

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much is commercial window cleaning?

The national average cost to clean windows is $120-$170. Typically, window washing for commercial spaces costs less per window than residential window washing, but has a higher overall price because the greater number of windows. Commercial window cleaning companies may charge a standard rate per window — for example, $3 to clean the exterior only, with a higher rate of $4 or $5 to also clean the interior. There may be an additional charge, such as an extra $1 per window, for scrubbing off water stains or deep-cleaning window tracks. Double-hung windows require more labor and will therefore cost more to clean. Companies may charge a flat rate, such as $8 per double-hung window or $9 per French door, to account for the added work. Building height will play a factor in window washing costs. Standard cleaning for one- and two-story buildings will typically stay within the same range, but cleaning high-rise windows may entail special safety permits and equipment, which would increase costs. Your location will also affect window washing costs. Smaller towns and areas with a lower cost to do business will have lower window cleaning rates than large cities.
