Rick not only fixed my computer, he picked it up from my home and delivered it back the next day at a price that was a mere sliver of what the competitors were asking. He was professional and helpful with letting me know what to do to avoid having the issue resurface .My computer runs flawlessly now! Great job Rick!

I had got a virus on my computer and I inquired at Thumbtack online about fixing malware. Rick came to my location and was courteous and answered ALL my questions. He fixed my computer and let me know what he did and how he did it. Bottom line is that Rick gave me better service than the "Geek Squad" did at a much lower rate. Outstanding job!!

Rick was so patient. My computer had a lot of problems. I didn't want to pay an arm and leg I'm just glad rick was affordable. The job was fairly complete. Rick guided real well and directions was on point abd percise. I gave him five stars because his work is well worth.

Thank you Rick! I recommend Rick. He gave me his word and he kept to it. Even though my laptop hard drive was irreparable, Rick was kind enough to show me how to fix it myself without incurring charges. He came all the way and he stuck to the time he gave me. He was also very respectful and cordial to me. Thank you!
