- Private Chef - I have a large repertoire of recipes and offer my services as a personal chef or for private parties; plaited or buffet style. My specialty is in international cuisine, dishes from Europe, North Africa, Middle East, China, and Central America. - Pastry Chef - I do specialty cakes, sculpted cakes, and wedding cakes. - Cooking Lessons - If you are looking to expand your cooking skills, personal or otherwise, I offer private cooking lessons, you can come to my house or I can go to you. For those looking to learn a few new dishes, I offer a class where we cook three dishes an appetizer (you get to snack on), an entree dish (with side components), and a dessert. What we make depends on your preference; healthy, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free, or international. I also developed a lesson plan to provide a wider understanding of the basics and effective cooking techniques by preparing various dishes.
