I have a strong work ethic, treat each customer as if they were my only one, and pride myself in being prompt, professional, and courteous.
I enjoy solving technical problems for people since technology is my forte. It's very rewarding to be in a position where virtually every time I go on a service call I am able to solve a wide array of technical complications for my customers. Then to see the customer's satisfaction/appreciation for resolving those problems makes it all worthwhile. Especially when it comes to data recovery. There have been many times when a customer had no backup of their data (photos, videos, documents, etc.) and feared everything was gone forever. Being able to retrieve their files, assist them with easy backup options then helping to give them peace of mind is also very gratifying.

My computer was dead and Tim brought it back to life! He is was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Letting me know what he was doing and what needed to be done every step of the way. Once it was up and running again he checked everything, not just what he fixed, to be sure it was working fine. He answered every question I had and even taught me a few things along the way. Tim also responded quickly to my phone calls and text. I will definitely not hesitate to call him again if I, or someone I know, have a computer in need of repair.
I also enjoyed talking to him about other things as well (music, movies, Austin. . .) Great guy!

Tim is awesome. My laptop had fallen off the couch, and it was in pretty bad shape (increasingly slow to boot, getting worse every time I tried to). He was extremely knowledgeable about what the problem could be, and of possible solutions: he explained these things to me before I even chose him for the job (which is why I chose him). He made the job as convenient as possible for me (coming to my location, being *extremely* fair about the price, etc.). He also explained everything he was doing, as he did it, clearly as concisely, from start to finish. His way of breaking down the repair process without making me feel dumb was much appreciated. He also seemed to take the job very seriously, not for the money (again, *extremely* fair pricing), but for the gumption to do a good job. That's important. He's also just a really cool dude, very easy to talk with. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was unable to log in remotely and access my critical business files. Tim quickly diagnosed my issue, fixed the matter with my VPN credentials. He is pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Tim for any of your connectivity and computer repair issues.

My computer had been running fine until I was getting an error message about the windows page file being too small. My computer seemed to be running extremely slow and rebooting would not solve the problem. A friend referred Tim to me for help. Tim was able to effectively troubleshoot my computer, identified and removed malware, and made the needed changes to my computer to work like it did when I first bought it. I have referred him to my family and friends should they need his service.
