- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for them to read a little so they are knowing what to financially invest. Then we meet, I go over the do’s & dont’s of behavior, husbandry and training. Program options and their goals. Then I set them up on a program/ plan to achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a vet tech, I later when to K9 training, puppy management, show dogs and my 3 certifications from the major organizations nationally and internationally.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a veterinarian technician for many years and was extremely good handling to “aggressive” dogs. I learned a ton about breeds, temperaments, handling and owners as well.
