This is for a rental property. Mark quickly figured out the root cause of 3 "dead" outlets in the kitchen area. The GFCI outlet went bad thus electric was not delivered to other outlets. I also asked Mark to check out why the dryer does not provide hot air to dry the clothes. It turned out that a single pole breaker was installed by the previous owner and the electrical cord to dryer was bad. Mark installed a new twin single pole and replaced the bad cord, the dryer is now working correctly. I am very happy with the excellent work. Thanks Mark !!!

mark demonstrated his honesty in several ways. the project was originally to be 6 can lights, but only 5 were needed. he did not charge me for the 6th can, light, or install. he got the material for a lower price than he bid, so he passed the savings on to me. he reduced his labor cost because it took less time to repair a sheet rock hole than he originally estimated. he took care of a couple problems that popped up during the install process without adding them to the bill. his final bill was about 20% less than the estimate i agreed to. when does THAT ever happen? and when he was done, he told me he would email the final bill to me. he brought his own helper (well, actually it was his wife) so i didn't have to stand on a ladder holding a rod through the hole in the ceiling, while he made his way around in the attic. and she spent her down time cleaning up the fallen insulation in our kitchen. all in all, mark exceeded my workmanship expectations while charging me less than i expected. i would definitely use NOZ again.
