Answer the phone, first time. Understand needs and the problem we can solve. Discuss our process and determine if we are a good fit. If so, setup a time to come and see the project first-hand. Ask and answer questions. Provide SAME-DAY estimate. Follow-up, Follow-thru, Do Great Work, WASH, RINSE, REPEAT.
