Jeff was awesome! He came right away and was able to get the garagedoor back on track. He identified the issue was because of the left side spring was not providing proper tension on the cable which caused it to unspool and the garage door to shift enough that it warped the track and caused it derail.
He made a number of adjustments to help keep the door operational until we can schedule the springs to be replaced. I would highly recommend Jeff and Golly GarageDoors for all your garagedoor needs. They are very professional and very knowledgeable, but the best part is how Jeff explained everything about how garage doors work, what to look for, how to keep your springs healthy, etc. The knowledge and expertise made me feel instantly comfortable with work that Jeff did. I will be using them for all my garagedoor needs in the future.

Jeff at Good Golly GarageDoors was great. I had two other estimates done to replace a broken spring prior to Jeff coming. He was the only one of the three that took the time to fully inspect my garagedoor. I was asked by each one how old my garagedoor and springs were. I had no idea because we had only been in this house for just over a year. Jeff was the only one to hop on a ladder and look at the date on the springs. He thoroughly explained all the options. He wasn’t pushy at all. I decided on the spot to have Jeff make the repairs. The cost was very reasonable and in line with the other estimates. What stood out the most was Jeff. I trusted him to do a good job. He got to work and completed the repairs in an hour. Everything has been working great since.
