- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For handyman services and smaller-scale projects, we offer straightforward hourly pricing to keep things simple and transparent. For larger projects and full renovations, we provide a complimentary, detailed estimate tailored to the scope of work. Once a proposal is approved, a formal contract and finalized estimate are issued, including a clear payment schedule designed to protect both the client and the project from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, we are committed to doing everything possible to bring your project to life. We take the time to listen, address any concerns promptly, and ensure clear communication throughout the entire process. Scott personally guides clients through each step of the project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring everything is understood and properly executed. We take pride in treating every home with the same care, respect, and attention to detail as if it were our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 19 years of industry experience, including a 5-year apprenticeship, Scott and our team brings extensive knowledge in construction, building systems, structural principles, mathematics, and code compliance. Scotts background even includes 5 years of industrial experience with Local 16, along with hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, framing, and a wide range of residential and commercial trades. This diverse experience allows us to deliver quality workmanship and practical solutions across a variety of projects.
