- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of detail and luxury service we provide. Every property is different, so rates are based on size, condition, and scope of work. We offer transparent estimates with no hidden fees, and our clients appreciate that we go above standard cleaning to deliver a polished, refreshed, move-in–ready home. Additional services such as deep cleaning, post-construction, or add-on detailing are priced according to the level of labor required. Repeat clients and realtors may qualify for preferred rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering the details of the home and the client’s goals to make sure we deliver exactly what they’re looking for. Once we understand the scope, we provide a clear estimate and schedule the service. On the day of the clean, our focus is precision, efficiency, and luxury-level detailing. After completion, we perform a final walkthrough or send photos for approval to ensure the property is 100% ready for the homeowner, buyer, or guest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of working in high-end residential, realtor-requested, and post-remodel cleaning. We specialize in premium detail work, move-in/move-out cleans, staging preparation, and final-closing projects. We consistently train in updated cleaning methods, surface-specific care, sanitation, and luxury-property detailing to ensure every home is cleaned to a professional and elevated standard.
