Due to a miscommunication Robert didn't end up doing the work we originally hired him for (we ended up doing it ourselves), but he offered to make the situation right by reimbursing us for our tool rental costs. He and his wife Melissa were very responsive to correcting the situation and went out of their way to come to our home to apologize and reimburse us. We know mistakes happen and are so thankful that he offered to make it right, and that he stands by his word.

First of all Introduced my self to them as I shake there hand, hand them my business card Then listen to their details and concerns about their project as I take notes & measurements Then provide them with accurate quote
