Carlos came after hours, even though it was snowing, and quickly got our power back on with a temporary fix. He was knowledgeable as we discussed our options for permanent fixes. He was courteous and friendly, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of work I didn't need.

Faustino came out within a couple of hours and had our issue fixed (we kept losing power at the light switches and outlets) within 15 minutes. He left us his text number and said to get back in touch with him if the issue came back but he was able to pinpoint the problem and had it taken care of. We appreciated their quick follow up and work.

I could not recommend C&C Jimenez more. I called them because we just had our home remodeled and it left us with switches and plugs that didn't work. I scheduled them between 4 and 6pm and they showed up right at 4. We had some tricky wifi switches that we couldn't get to work but Carlos figured it out right away and was able to get the whole house connected. He was very patient about it as well. Meanwhile his coworker discovered the problem with the plugs -we needed to replace a bad circuit breaker. Instead of having to reschedule a different date to replace that they waited for me to run to Home Depot and get a new one. By the time they were done they fixed all our power issues, all of our wifi dimmer issues and installed 4 light fixtures. They were both extremely friendly and very professional. I would call them again in a minute for any future electrical needs.

Carlos helped us install service in a RV conversation project that we are working on. We had a hard time nailing down an electrician until we talked to him. Maybe the project was too complicated for the other guys we talked too (3 of them!) but Carlos and Efran got it done in one day. He even gave us some advice for things we want to add in the future (solar), and has answered any questions my husband has text him!

Carlos did a great job mounting two TVs for me. He is certainly thinks about the details, as far as the perfect positioning and mounting securely. I could tell that he's done this many times previous. Will be hiring him again for other projects. Thanks!
