- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Admittedly, we are not the least expensive, nor the most expensive. We are moderately priced, with EXCELLENT PAINTING PRODUCTS & SERVICES
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet directly with the residents of the home. We schedule an in-person free estimate, as quickly as possible, with the residents to view their home. And to listen to the concerns and requirements of the residents. We also record and note the current conditions and circumstances of the home. We then provide the residents with a free written quota with the materials required, the time need to complete the tasks, and the price, within 24 hours or less.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Husband is a Residential Architect, in another State, he was asked as to who would be painting the Home Additions & Homes he had designed. He would put the home owners in direct contact with his painting contractor buddies. They would then make arrangements with each other. After relocating to Texas, we decided to take up painting referrals as a profession, and in conjunction with my professional customer services background.
