I was so amazed by the quality of work that was done on my property. I requested lawn service and they came out the same day! I wasn't expecting my service to be so fast. My front and back yard were cut, and my bushes and trees were trimmed. They cleaned up and hauled away all the branches and leaves from my trees. I've hired people in the past to trim my trees and they've left the branches on my sidewalk until the city came and picked them up so they've sat there for days. The workers were extremely nice and professional and made sure that I was more than satisfied with how everything came out in the end. We set up my next appointment and they even gave me tips on how to maintain my yard until it's time to be serviced again. I even had one of my neighbors compliment how great my yard looked afterwards. I absolutely love it! They have gained a new loyal customer. Great work guys. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system only for a few of our services. Most of our services will have to be quoted such as; tree services, junk removals, flowerbed clean out or instillation, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to obtain contact information for quoting, invoicing and communication purposes. We prefer to meet with our new customers in person, especially if the project calls for an actual review to provide accurate estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in between the carpentry and landscape industry for over 7 years.
