Benny was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His communication was top-notch—he kept us updated throughout the day with clear messages about when he’d be arriving, which we really appreciated. Once he got here, it was immediately clear that he knows his irrigation systems inside and out. He took the time to walk me through how the various zones and valves function, which helped me understand how everything works and what went wrong. Benny quickly diagnosed the issue with one of our valves, replaced it efficiently, and thoroughly tested the system afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly—and it was! His pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise he provided. We’ll absolutely be recommending him to friends and neighbors, and he’ll be our go-to for any future irrigation needs. Thanks again, Benny!

Benny was amazing. In the first place, he responded immediately when I selected him from thumbtack. Said he could come by in an hour to fix my sprinkler issue. The Google fiber team had broken my drip line, but I wasn’t sure where or how to fix it. He dug around some likely spots, found the issue and fixed it in about 45 minutes. His charge was very reasonable, less than others I believe. I was super happy with his work. He also gave me some advice on other things I could do in my yard because he runs a landscaping business. I could tell he was a person of very high integrity. Just read the many 5-Star reviews! Will definitely call him with any sprinkler issues in the future and will likely pursue the landscaping project. I feel very lucky that I chose Jaxro Lawn today!
