- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 an hour for private coaching appointments. I do not accept insurance but I do offer a sliding scale fee application which provides a discount anywhere from 20% to 60% based on monthly income and family size. I provide teachers, police officers, fire fighters, veterans, and active duty military persons and their immediate family with a 20% discount regardless of their income as a way of giving back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally do a free 20 minute phone consultation to get to know the client better and answer any questions they may have about my process. If we are a good fit then we schedule an appointment and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and I a masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling so that I can go further in helping my clients meet their goals. I have training in stress management and in solution focused work. I continue to educate myself and look for resources that I can use to assist my clients.
