- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick call to understand your move, confirm addresses, stairs, and parking. We build an inventory, provide a clear quote, and explain what’s included. On move day, we arrive on time, wrap all furniture, and work efficiently to save you time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with Two Men and a Truck, learning packing, loading, and customer service. I’ve completed 1000+ moves and trained movers on efficient and safe work practices.
