- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary phone consultation, a $50 in-home consultation fee, and a subsequent hourly rate of $65. Following the in-home consultation, I will provide a project quote within 24 hours. Should you choose to proceed with my services, the consultation fee will be credited toward your project total. While the consultation fee is non-refundable, it can be rescheduled if necessary. Repeat customers benefit from a discounted rate. Additionally, if your referral leads to a project, I will contribute 3% of the profits to a charity of your choice in your name.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step involves scheduling a complimentary phone consultation. During this call, you are encouraged to discuss your organizational goals, and we will provide tailored recommendations to help you reach your objectives. If the phone consultation meets your expectations, we can arrange an in-home appointment for a consultation fee of $50, which will be applied as a credit to your project should you decide to hire our services.

My experience extends beyond entertainment, fashion, and luxury sales; I also served as a director for The Container Store in both Austin and the Houston area. Over my nine-year tenure with TCS, I trained and developed store employees to assist customers in designing, installing, and finalizing custom spaces. My expertise in fashion and luxury sales provided me with a profound comprehension of the "stuff" that frequently overwhelms us.
