Is there a 10+ star rating for this Superwoman?! Kim is such a gift! She builds strength, confidence, and character, and I'm grateful to have found her. I've been personal training with her several times a week for the last 18 months, and always look forward to our sessions. She's super creative in her programming, must know a million different exercises because I never get bored, and always tailors things to my personal needs/limitations from prior surgeries. Time flies by because she's so fun to chat with, and her workouts are the perfect start to my morning. Kim has made me stronger, more resilient, and healthier, and my body feels amazing. She's the best investment I've made in myself.

Deciding to work with Kim Coya has been one of the best health choices I have made in practically my entire life, in so many ways. I began working with her on June 1st, and had some healthier eating and weight loss goals (without losing all my muscle). I was just not feeling healthy, and didn't like how I was looking before working with Kim. Following her program plan I now feel noticeably healthier, with more strength, energy, and was able to reach and continue exceeding my weight loss goals within 4 to 6 weeks. Even on days I wasn't exercising, following her healthier eating advice, I continued losing bodyfat. I have lost about 18 to 19 pounds, and I did also combine several new eating strategies along with a sensible workout program. Since I met Kim while she was teaching a fitness class I already saw that she has many years of fitness knowledge and really lives what she recommends, I was fortunate to ask if she knew any good nutritional programs to help improve my eating habits....lucky for me she also has a good program for nutrition she works with. With the PN program along with her own knowledge and expertise, if you consistently follow her advice and plan, you should see excellent results. One of the best things she stresses is that it isn't about trying to eat perfectly all the time, but to make improvements and eat 'cleanly' most of the time. She is so encouraging and will keep you motivated, giving you positive reinforcement and communications along the way! One of my only regrets is not having taken 'before' pictures when I began....now I have great 'after' pictures, which show a much reduced body fat level with lots of great muscle definition. Lastly, working with Kim will help instill good habits that you will carry forward in your life, and not just end when your working period with her ends. This makes it a truly effective lifestyle/overall health improvement program.

I cannot say enough good things about Kim! She’s obviously extremely experienced and an expert in her field but beyond that she takes the time to get to know you and tailor your workouts to your needs. (I constantly had different workouts, you never knew what the day was going to hold!) She worked through some range of motion issues that I had, as well as periodically modifying my workout for the day based on whatever questionable hiking trips I decided to take over the weekend that resulted in an injury! Kim is unique in her approach to your training needs and she’s a genuinely kind person! You wouldn’t regret hiring Kim!
