The worst property management company in existance. Don't believe me? Pull up to there 'office' that has no one in it and call the numbers - you'll be lucky if someone answers, if or when they do you will get the rudest most unprofessional service in the world. If you are considering being a Tennant in any property managed by this group, I would look at all other options first. Had a leak in a shower on a second floor that was dripping into the first floor through the wall. Persisted for over a month and half, solution to the problem did nothing to inspect or address the damage in the wall, potential mold or anything else. This is a company that was clearly built of running slums and you should expect that level of service and professionalism from them.

These people are the worst. I am a Realtor that brought them clients. We were the first apps in but they told us it could be up to SEVEN days to process and they would accept other apps and app fees the whole time they are running mine. Basically they are running at least three groups of people's apps at the same time. They claim this is just their policy but it is unlike anyone else's policy and it seems that they are just trying to collect people's app fee money. There is no other reason you would run so many apps at once. Very frustrating and very bad business. Running multiple groups of apps at the same time should be illegal and on top of all that the staff is very rude on the phone. Good luck with this sketchy bunch.

I don't suggest using this company, they take multiple applications for a property, and in my case banked my first months deposit despite us never getting to contract stage. They first declined our application and then came back a week later saying it had been approved. We never proceeded with the property and they kept the deposit for five months without returning it. The deposit check should never have been deposited in the first place, and then they made no effort to refund the money. It seems they are very much a one man show as the only person I could get through to was the guy who informed me he was the owner, and when I spoke to the owner I got lots of attitude. Very unprofessional!!
