I'm not using the property management side of the company however they passed me to the leasing side and I had immediate response and they met me at the property within 24 hours of the call. It will be listed within 3 days of initial contact. My leasing specialist is professional and listened well to my specific requests.

Ambassador Property Management has taken care of my property in Pflugerville, Texas for about 8 years. When they first took over, replacing a delinquent mgmt firm, they inspected the property, gave me a very detailed report on the condition of the house. The renters they found have been wonderful. It has been a great experience, I plan to sell my property and purchase another in the same area and will use Ambassador Property Management again.

We have several properties that are all managed by Ambassador and we are completely satisfied and happy with this company. They treat our tenants fairly but are also firm with them also to pay their rent on time. I could not recommend them more highly! Remember most posts you see on any site is most likely a disgruntled tenant that did not pay their rent and was evicted. It'a a shame that people post slanderous reviews because I have seen nothing that supports these claims over the 3 years we have used their excellent service. Take all these reviews with a grain of salt!

Ambassador Property Management truly goes above an beyond to provide the BEST care for your investment! We have 3 properties with them and do not have to worry about ANYTHING! I have had 5 properties with Ambassador Property Management for the last 7 years. Rental properties and tenants don't come without incident. The staffing at Ambassador treat each situation with the up most professionalism and have ALWAYS had my best interests in mind. Tenants may not like them as much, but my CPA does.
