- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe pricing should be simple and transparent. Unlike many property management companies, we do not charge maintenance markups and clearly explain all fees upfront. Property owners should always understand exactly what they are paying for before signing an agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to learn about the property and the owner's goals. Once hired, we perform a property review, establish rental pricing, coordinate any needed preparations, market the property, screen applicants, execute lease agreements, and provide ongoing full-service management with regular communication and reporting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines real estate licensing, property management experience, and ongoing industry education. We stay current on Texas landlord-tenant laws, leasing best practices, fair housing requirements, and property management technology to better serve our clients.
