I'm new to the state and a first time home buyer. If that wasn't enough to try to swallow my wife and kids are still back home in California while I get settled down. David made this process a lot less scary than what I thought it was going to be. He put me in contact with the right people to make this dream a reality. He provided my wife with current listings twice a week to keep her in the loop during this whole process. While I did the leg work of cruising neighborhoods to find the right one for me and my family, David was quick to get me info on the neighborhoods that I had interest in. He always made himself available and followed up on a regular basis on anything that need attention. When it finally came time for my wife to come down and look at the listings that we narrowed down, David had a game plan to make the most of every minute that we had. My wife was only in town for a few days and even with that obstacle we made an offer on a house that first day out. While we didn't get that first house (due to multiple offers), David told us not to get discouraged. He called us back within an hour off hearing we didn't get the house. He told us he had a house to show us that hadn't even hit the market. The very next day we went out to see the house. We loved it and were able to make an offer without having to compete with one single other offer (unlike the first). David was great to work with and I would use his services again without hesitation. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy/sell. Thanks David.

David Raulston is an amazing realtor who continually excels in customer service. We first worked with David when we were arranging our returned to Texas from the east coast with limited travel time. He went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were covered. Not only did he help us find the perfect home to lease, but he also provided points of contact and information about our new area of town and activities we could enjoy as a family.
Our first experience was so good that we returned to him later when we began looking for a home to purchase. Again David helped us find the perfect home and negotiated a great deal. David has many strengths, but excels in his attention to detail and knowing the needs of a family.
