What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a monthly tuition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a time to meet you and have you observe a current student. Then we will set up a day and a time for your lessons. If your child is younger than 8 I require 4- 1 hr parent classes to prepare for coaching your child at home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a music degree in flute performance. I have taken music lessons for ten+ years in flute, piano, voice, bass clarinet, and violin.
