Our water heater installs range from 600 plus permit fee ( Most basic install of a customer supplied heater) up to around 1800 for an attic water heater install ( Includes Rheem 40 or 50 gallon with a 6yr warranty Tankless units range from around 3000 to 6000 Depending on model of unit and difficulty of the installation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process to repair or replace your water heater starts with a visit to take a good look at your unit and confirm if it needs repair or replacement. If the unit is going to be replaced, we agree on a solid price before any work is performed then, we pull the required permit. The installation takes 2 to 3 hours for a standard swap out. Once the job is complete you will have hot water in 45min or so and an inspection will be scheduled with the admin. authority on a good day for you ( Mon-Fri)
