- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very reasonable then most company's. I wouldn't charge a price that I know I wouldn't pay myself. Being young, labor and service fees aren't outrageous. Also provide discounts to my loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very informative. Let them know the service fee up front before starting and then building them a reasonable & affordable quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with a small "mom & pops" company years back then was hired by sears appliance repairs. I learned for months being on the computer and riding with a lead tech. From there I learned quickly and decided to go my own route.
